Pengaruh Sistem Informasi, Keterampilan Pengguna, dan Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Direktorat Pelaksanaan Anggaran di Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia
Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian ini dikarenakan adanya indikasi kekurangmampuan system informasi beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan stakeholder dan juga konsumen di Direktorat Pelaksana Anggaran. Disamping itu kekurangan sumber daya yang terampil dalam bekerja serta indikasi lainnya yaitu kurangnya dukungan organisasi untuk memaksimalkan kinerja pegawainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh sistem informasi, keterampilan pengguna dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pelaksana Anggaran di Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharan Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial sistem informasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun keterampilan pengguna dan dukungan organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan sigifikan terhadap variable kinerja pegawai. Kemudian ketiga variabel yakni sistem informasi, keterampilan pengguna dan dukungan organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pelaksana Anggaran. Adapun besarnya persentase pengaruh ketiga variable independent tersebut sebesar 59% terhadap variable independent.
