Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kompetensi Pegawai dan Sosialisasi Pembekalan Pensiun terhadap Kepuasan Pelayanan Pengurusan Pensiun di Suku Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur
Abstract
Meningkatkan kepuasan pensiunan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada Suku Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur sudah menjadi keharusan bagi organisasi. Agar manajemen dapat mengambil strategi yang tepat berkaitan dengan peningkatan kepuasan pensiunan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Suku Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, diperlukan pengukuran kepuasan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi pegawai dan Sosialisasi Pembekalan Pensiun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan pengurusan pensiun di Suku Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai yg mengajukan pensiun selama tahun 2023 di Suku Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur sebanyak 469 orang, dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 83 orang pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Teknik random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan program statistik SPSS ver. 25.0, terbukti variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1), kompetensi pegawai (X2) dan sosialisasi (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan (Y). Hasil uji yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung adalah 166,287 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,00 sementara nilai F tabel sebesar 2,72. Karena nilai F hitung (166,287) lebih besar dari F tabel (2,72) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari probabilitas signifikansi α =0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kualitas pelayanan, kompetensi pegawai dan sosialisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelayanan dan persentase pengaruh variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, kompetensi pegawai dan sosialisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 86,3% dan sisanya sebesar 23,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan kedalam model.
