Penerapan Inovasi Pelayanan Online Melalui Aplikasi Jakevo Pada Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kelurahan Bukit Duri Jakarta Selatan

The purpose of this study is to analyze: the application of online service innovation through the JakEVO Application, the obstacles faced and efforts made to overcome the obstacles faced in the application of online service innovation through the JakEVO Application in One-Stop Integrated Services, Bukit Duri Village, South Jakarta. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling techniques. The application of online service innovation through the JakEVO Application in the One-Stop Integrated Service of Bukit Duri Village, South Jakarta can be said to be running well and in accordance with what is expected by the government and by the community. There are obstacles in terms of communication between officers and the community, in terms of facilities and infrastructure, both officers and the community experience the same obstacles, namely related to the delayed operating system or the unavailability of wifi networks. Efforts are made to overcome obstacles in the application of online innovation of the JakEVO Application, on barriers to communication with the community, namely by conducting socialization directly or through communication media, for example through the comment column in the JakEVO Application feature or by communicating through other information media such as whatssapp. As for overcoming various obstacles by conducting training for officers and carrying out regular discussions both with fellow officers and with leaders related to problems that occur with the use of the JakEVO application.
