ANALISIS STRATEGI DAN BIAYA PEMASARAN DALAM PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN BISNIS PROPERTI PERUMAHAN DI PT SUGI

This study aims to analyze marketing strategies and costs in increasing sales of residential property business in PT SUGI. This type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained from observation, interviews with several informants and documentation that has been taken directly by the researcher. Based on the results of this study shows that the marketing strategy in this case the most attractive promotion in increasing sales, as well as the results of marketing cost analysis have an impact on changes in the achievement of corporate profits. The higher the cost of goods sold, the profit after marketing costs will decrease, on the contrary, the lower the cost of goods sold, the achievement of Profit after marketing costs will increase.References
